Shipping and Returns

Shipping Cost and Times – We make every effort to minimize shipping costs. UPS is our preferred carrier. Local pickup is not available.

Shipping time – Most orders ship within 5 business days of ordering but may take longer during peak busy seasons. You are always welcome to email for current lead times if you have time sensitive needs.

Returns - Due to the personal nature of our products, no refunds are offered. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of damaged items. Please note that some items are sensitive to melting in hotter times of the year. We make every effort to pack and insulate shipments. Please make arrangements for someone to be available to receive your package, as we will not be responsible for replacing items that sit outside and melt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
